Miniature Fruit Tarts These miniature fruit tarts are 2" 1/4 (6 centimeter) in diameter are very popular with caterers and are ideal finger food items for parties. The shell crust is made out of the same dough used in our butter cookie. The shell is filled with our vanilla cream and the fruit is laid on top. An apricot glaze is the applied to the tart. Some fruits are seasonal and we cannot guarantee availability year round. Please call us at 386-672-5594 for fruit availability, price and minimum quantity. Shelf life is 36 hours under refrigeration (38F - 41F).
